Billing Questions


Subscription and Billing for The Aperture platform is done on a monthly basis, established during the installation process. Monthly subscription payments are processed through Stripe and are managed through the Admin account for each company. You will receive a monthly reminder email from Outward, Inc. a week prior to your billing date. For any questions about billing, please email aperturesupport@outwardinc.com.
